Londrinense Cultural Heritage and the references of Gastronomic Memory in a city of recent formation
Abstract
The text is part of the discussions carried out by the project team "Gastronomy and Cultural Heritage Londrinense", which aims to recognize and explore references to the gastronomic memory of immigrants and their descendants in the colonization process of the city of Londrina. It stands as an attempt to approach the concept of Intangible Heritage, especially in the identification of dishes and culinary practices that could be considered in the category of “cultural asset”. The criteria used were the formation of the city of Londrina-PR, in the years 1930 to 1950, and its constitution by different ethnic groups, which made it known as the "International Colony".
