How do students feel about school complaints?
Abstract
School complaints are common in the educational environment, often manifested through learning difficulties, behavioral problems, and challenges in social interaction among peers. This article aims to understand how students' feelings develop and express themselves in response to these complaints, emphasizing aspects such as social interactions, respect, empathy, assertiveness, and the emotional impacts within the school environment, based on group activities conducted with students from a municipal educational institution. The approach highlights the role of the school environment and social interactions as mediators of students' emotional and behavioral development.
